Terms of Service

By submitting a site request to Bach Link, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before proceeding.

The service

Bach Link builds custom, one-page bachelorette trip sites. Each site is built to order based on the details you provide at the time of submission. Sites are delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Payment

• The one-time fee is $199 per site.
• A payment link will be sent to your email within 24 hours of your submission.
• Site build begins upon receipt of payment. No work begins before payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Your completed site will be delivered within 24 hours of payment. Delivery includes a link to your live site and any login or editing access applicable to your package.

Revisions

One round of revisions is included. Additional revision rounds may be accommodated at our discretion.

Refunds

If we are unable to deliver your site within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund. Once a site has been delivered, refunds are not available. If you are unsatisfied with the result, please contact us — we will make it right.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. By submitting your trip details, you confirm you have the right to share any photos, names, or content included in your request.

Limitation of liability

Bach Link is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of your site. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
